This teaching method will show teachers how to integrate Web 2.0 applications into existing classroom curriculum.  Team Members will learn how to build a website that can be used for informational purposes and also as a vehicle by which to showcase student work.  The teachers will learn how to use various forms of technology in order to enhance their students’ learning experiences, and will be taught how to meaningfully incorporate these newly-acquired applications into the greater curriculum. The Web 2.0 tools explored are free and can be easily adapted by teachers and students.

Please note: Teachers participating in this study group should have a working knowledge of technology such as locating websites on the Internet, using email, and creating documents using Microsoft Word.  This is not a computer beginning basic skills class.
